Prepare your property for the best results! Follow this checklist to ensure your listing is ready for high-quality photos and videos.

Day of the Shoot
Ensure all areas are clean and photo-ready before the photographer arrives.
If applicable, notify tenants or occupants about the scheduled shoot.
Plan to step out during the shoot to avoid reflections or movement in photos.
General Preparation
Turn on all lights and replace any burnt-out bulbs.
Open curtains and blinds to maximize natural light.
Clean all surfaces, floors, and windows.
Declutter rooms—remove excess furniture, cords, and personal items.
Hide trash bins and pet items (bowls, beds, litter boxes).
Kitchen & Dining Area
Clear countertops—store small appliances, dish racks, and cleaning supplies.
Remove dishes from the sink and put away drying racks.
Hide refrigerator magnets, notes, and personal items.
Set the dining table or leave it empty for a clean look.
Living Room & Common Areas
Arrange furniture neatly and fluff pillows.
Remove excess décor, blankets, and visible wires.
Hide remote controls, paperwork, and miscellaneous items.
Bedrooms
Make all beds with clean, neutral bedding.
Store away clothes, shoes, and personal items.
Clear nightstands and dressers, leaving minimal décor.
Bathrooms
Remove toiletries, toothbrushes, razors, and personal items.
Close toilet lids and neatly fold towels.
Hide trash bins, bath mats, and cleaning supplies.
Wipe down mirrors, sinks, and shower doors.
Exterior & Outdoor Areas
Move cars from the driveway and front of the home.
Sweep walkways, patios, and remove visible debris.
Hide hoses, garden tools, and trash bins.
Arrange outdoor furniture and cushions.
If possible, mow the lawn and trim hedges.
